Assisted error reporting

Principally addressed to sub but open to all plugin / utility developers.

I am adding a facility to my system tray interface for GB-PVR Slimm GB-PVR to zip up all the logs in the GB-PVR folder to a file on the desktop ready to attach to a forum post.

This should make it easier to report an error and supply the information required to diagnose the problem.

What I am after here is suggestions as to any other information that you may like to be included in the package or whether just the logs would be enough.

I was thinking perhaps a listing of the plugins directory and a listing of the folders in the skin directory and the BDA/*.cache files.

Comments, suggestions?

It varies a bit depending on the description of the problem, but the contents of the plugins directory would be useful, as would the config.xml. I dont think the BDA cache files are worth including.
