The resulting dialog box just tells me the drivers are not installed (code 28).

Funnily enough I bought this card off a guy who could not get it working with Windoze. He was not that computer savvy so I just thought that was the problem. Obviously not.

Might go and check out Compro and see if anything come to light.

I am a bit peeved, GBVPR has great potential to be better than Myth, just from what I see in the screen shots etc. But I am not going to fork out any dollars to M$ for XP.

If I ever get it going I'll report back. Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it.

I tried that out of desperation - no go. It just will not stick. I have emailed compro to see what they say.

For now though it is back to Myth where the card works 100%.

This would suggest it is a problem with the W2K drivers not the card
