I get only an error message that says: error playing back file. I have tried 4 recordings and all were 0kb and would not play back. Any ideas?

Do a recording, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

No, thats not the right file. I need all the .log files. For example, gbpvr.exe.log, gbpvr.exe-native.log, GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log etc.
