I have installed GBPVR 97.13 with Access db and everything is going fine.

So i decided to goto the next step and migrate to SQLite db. Of course I took a Ghost image prior to this (best invention ever made)

Using the ChangeDatabase.exe I configure it to copy information from the source Access DB.

Now it appears that all the config information is copied across correctly, however I have the following problems
a) None of my cards are tuned anymore
- Channel lineups still exists in the SQLite db
- EPG Data is full
- capture sources are configured exactly as they were previously

b) External Channel Changer no longer working
probably related to above, but the external channel changer no longer send messages upon a channel change / selection of program from EPG

I have done the Change DB process 3 times now (after Ghost restores) and always the same result. It appears that the DB has all the right information, but that it is not being used by GBPVR.

I am stumped - any advice would be appreciated.

Reproduce the problems (a & b), then post the logs and I'll take a look.

OK - shall run it today.

Sorry for the late reply, but for some reason I just cannot get my email to stop treating messages from GBPVR as junk - frustrating!

OK. Did it again and this is the result

PVR150 - worked fine. Connected to Video 1. External Channel Chager Worked

PVR500 - connected to FTA Coaxial. Worked fine - no External Channel Changer

PVR500 - Connected to Coaxial Above - but using fixed channel number. Can't tune chanels & External Channel Changer not responding.

Logs attached.

Sorry, I dont know. I cant see an obvious cause in your logs.

Your easiest fix is probably to export the recordings, delete the capture sources, then recreate them and reimport the recordings.

For now I will probably just stay on MS Access as that continues to work ok even in 97.13.

Thanks for looking into it for me.
