The logs are overwritten each time you start the app, so you need to post the logs immediately after you reproduce the problem (but before you restart the app). These logs contain nothing but the app starting.

i though thats what i did

ok, so i started the app, tuned to a digital channel. copied the log

also the aspect ratios are messed up.

I need to the file called gbpvr.exe-native.log. Thats the -1 backup that only shows the app starting up.

To make sure I get what I need, do what everyone else does and zip and attach ALL your logs.

ok the wierdest thing just happened. i was browsing channels and all the sudden GB error, and rebooted my comupter. now the videp and audio is coming in smoothly! But two more issues

1) audio is out of sync sometimes
2)when i try to timeshift, it says please wait then a ActiveMovie Window opens. the video keeps playing and no shifting occurs.

Your logs show you're using the Nero Video decoder, which isnt the best for HDTV.

I'd put this down to either AC3Filter or the Nero Video decoder. Both have caused problems for lots of users in the past.

This is most likely occurring because it cant find a BDA mux filter on your machine. What version of Windows are you running? 2000/XP/MCE?
