I've heard the Zulu one does the best job with ATSC.

F5 should work perfectly in your system. I'm using 2 F5 cards with perfection in my minimalist spec. See my specs below. Just follow the config in wiki to setup F5 card. For decoders, I found Nvidia Purevideo and AC3 works best. I can only use overlay but your may handle VMR9.
