Adding sleep timer to shutdown plug-in

jep. i promised this looong ago...

altough it worked well, i failed to get it working when using with an mediaMVP (still cannot tell why... the main problem is: i do not own an mvp and therefore testing is a bit complicated (asking someone to be the guinea pig, study the logs, try to figure/guess what was wrong, etc.)).

if you are not using a mvp, send me a msg and i'll send you the latest 'beta'.

A sleep timer would kick ass. I like to fall asleep to Charlie Rose droning on with one self-important guest or another. :-)
