I start GBPVR with the command line -direct "TV Guide". When GBPVR opens, I get the following error:

Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Also, I'm getting random crashes that report errors with sqlite.

These problems did not occur with 0.97.13 (assuming this is because it used an access db?).

Can this be resolved? Or maybe can I revert back to the access db for 0.98.8?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Again...logs. There is one known problem that can cause a sqlite error if you start GB-PVR then exit before the guide has finished loading in the background. The same problem existing in v0.97.13, but isnt a biggy given you wouldnt normally exit GB-PVR immediately after starting it - you usually only pick this up when you're testing rather than real world usage.

Looks like that is my problem...it is definitely happening when I open and exit quickly.

Regarding the object reference error, I've attached the logs. Thanks for the help!

Does this object reference error occur every time? I've tried here but was unable to reproduce it.

It doesn't happen everytime, but it occurs more often than not.

I cant reproduce it, so I'm not really sure, but I've added something for the next release that might help.

I got this error in the guide too. I was in it, scrolling down quickly a page at a time and then "wham" that came up. Unfortunately I didn't have the logs in Debug mode. They are now and if/when I see it again, I'll get them posted.

I dont think it is the same error. His error occurs before the TV guide is even shown.

I'm guessing your error was the one that says "System.ArgumentException: Rectangle '{X=120,Y=160,Width=0,Height=40}' cannot have a width or height equal to 0." (or similar). A patch was posted for the is a couple of days ago in one of these threads.

I'm getting this same error. I cannot watch Live TV nor open a show from the guide.

Also, the wiki page seems to be down.
