sassari v0.1 released - 16:9-skin

i added support for the weather-plugin. it also works as video-plugin (see weather-wiki-page).

video archiver will follow, i ran into a problem while skinning. my fault, not jeffs ;-)

i also changed a few things in osd and live guide.

thats funny because I was just starting to use this skin and had already put the buttons into an image editing app and changed the hue...

the OSD button colors are not changed

also the osd looks like hell but I know there is nothing you can do about it, damn video osd fixed to 720x480, oh well

any way that we could get the background in different colors? or just the unflattened png so we can set the color ourself?

oh and bte I dont think I have told you how nice this skin is... its awesome, it makes me feel happy when I look at my HDTV and the background of my frontend isnt a stretched image (well its still stretched to 1360x768, but thats much more acceptable)

Looks fantastic however I think there is an error in the List View skin.xml file , line 246

anyone tried this on a Client install? ..I have a widescreen laptop I use occasionally.. and wonder if I would be able to use this.. actually I wonder if we can use a prefered skin on the gbpvr client..

i use this as client on a widescreen notebook. actually it doesn't depend on the skin.

@cameluk: a "before task.png" would lead to a skin error, since this png doesn't exist ;-) but i know, what you mean. i will change this soon.

didn't want to make it too public: i'll be off for the next 10 days. the weather plugin told me, that the weather in sassari, olbia and nuoro will be just fine the next few days

i will miss a few good tv-shows.... don't know yet, if i should leave the computer switched on....that gbpvr made me totally dependent!

post your errors and problems and suggestions with the skin, i'll take a look when i'm back.

that is what sleep mode is for, minimizes power requirements when left for periods. speaking of I need to set my machine up to turn on on power restore.

i don't trust those sleep modes ;-) they don't work on my super-old machine. thanks for the advice anyways.
