Ok, so I noticed in 98.8b that if you search the guide and something is already scheduled, it's marked as red. If you focus is on a red bar and you scroll up & down it's fine (left image). If you loose focus (ex: move to the left), the red bar goes black (right image).

Also..

I also noticed that I searched the directory and noticed all the times red. I cancelled a reocurring program, freeing up the time slots. Searching again a second time still showed everything red. Odd.

I'd noticed the same, but as I was one who asked for the facility I was hoping someone else would report the problem first - I could live with it as it is and I'm sure the boss has more worries than this?
