I'm not sure why the previous log files didn't show me attempting to start a livetv instance. It may be the computer locked up at that point. Anyway I only included one version of the GBPVR.exe log that I'm pretty sure contains an attempted live tv session.

more interesting to me is the config native logs which show that somehow it found out the correct model number but somehow can't find "requested device." I didn't give it the model number, somewhere along the line it had to find that info itself but then somehow it is unable to locate the card.
Very strange?

Sorry, can you zip and attach the logs again? You're missing most of the important log files. Post a complete set.

This is everything in that folder that contains the word log. If there are others you'll need to point me in that direction

As an update when I try to initiate a livetv session now it displays this message.

"An existing connection was forcibly closed by a remote host"

I shutdown my firewall but it still happens, does that shed any light on the subject.

Can you try doing a recording from the TV Guide (for a show currently airing), then wait a couple of minutes then zip and attach the GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log.

I'm not sure if the logs will show much. GBPVR showed the recordings as pending, even though the start time of the show had passed. The computer clock and GBPVR clock matched.

I was after the GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log file, not GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log.

It bizarre you wouldnt have this log file. At the very least it should have some message about starting logging.

Instead, can you try again with the Live TV, and zip and attach gbpvr.exe-native.log file? I'm trying to see an attempt to access you capture device, but I've not seen this in any of the logs you've posted so far.
