Yes, but you might want to do some research on this device before you pull the trigger though. I think when the ATSC/Analog version of this device first came out, there were some issues with the sensitivity of the ATSC side of the device. I'm not sure if that got resolved or not. There was some discussion about this over at http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/

I have the DVB/Analog version of this device.

Thanks for the heads-up -- I'm going to pass on the ATI 650. Seems like it's picky about signal strength --too low or too high won't work. I guess I'll have to go with two discrete capture devices then...

Hello all,

thank you for the reply.

I'm looking for digital OTA PCI card only, I don't care about analog part at all as DTV (and HDTV) signal wise much better then analog NTSC, so analog isn't in use for me anyway.

Get the fusion 5 lite. It will do what you want it to do.
