No more image or sound

I had ver. 98.08 working just fine. I upgraded to 98.13 and now i can not get any image or sound. I double checked all my settings. I even did a complete clean install but I still get the same problem.

The everything else seems to work but not image and no sound. What happened?

I have the following mux's installed cyberlink Intervideo and ATI.

Log files are attached.

It looks like its failing to locate a MPEG2 decoder.

WHat video decoder do you have selected on the playback tab of the config app? If its 'system default', then try setting it to one of the other options you have.

I have tried all combinations of the mpeg decoders listed. None have worked.

No in my problem I just get a blank black screen.

Can you try with the Cyberlink audio and video decoder, then zip and attach the logs?

I set my playback to the Cyberlink Audio and video. Ran Live TV, got just a blank black screen. Program does not freeze but get no image or sound. The log files are attached.

Sorry, I dont really know. Its complaining about something, but I cnat tell what:
