DVB EPG Grab Error is still alive

Sorry Sub,

the Error postet in this thread (http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=20362) is still alive

only the first 2 channels i want to be shown the the channellist, but after
every dvb epg grab, there are new channels, sometime with very strange names ...

Ok, I've had another go at fixing this for the next release.
