Hey Brian and All,

I have an internal AGP video card (NVidia Geforce2), that only has one external connection, which happens to be a VGA connection. I guess I need some additional assistance from you all? Thanks.

I suspect you don't have VGA in on you tv set, and you want to use GBPVR on your tv set?
You basically have five options:
1) Only use gbpvr on a computer monitor (which I guess you don't want to?)
2) Get a tv with VGA in.
3) Buy a VGA->Composite converter (there are a few ones out there, I can't comment on the quality, though)
4) Buy a new graphics card with composite out (do some research here on what you really want/need, though)
5) Buy an MVP and set up gbpvr to use it (and connect your MVP to your tv screen... I think it can do composite).
I'm not always right

ok unless you have a great want for an MVP I am pretty sure you can get a PCI video card for cheaper than one, I have never needed to buy one, and thus have never looked into them, so I cant reccomend one. I agree with Brian that your pinnacle tuner only seems to output the video being tuned by the card. this makes since espically since its a USB device, and the bandwidth to send video is considerable.

I cant really advise on what to do about the recordings because like sub, I have never used the software capture plugin.

the most hassle free way out of this for you is to get a tuner card that is supported by GB-PVR and a video card with a TV output. you should be able to come by those for considerably less than $200.

sorry I cant be of more help, good luck.

Like everyone else has stated, a video card with TV-Out is your best bet. Nvidia FX-5200 (or equivalent) appears to be about the low-end card of choice.

you also have to pass out the sound from your sound card to your TV as well unless you are using your computer speakers for sound.
