How do I go about configuring a 2nd PVR-250 card in my system? I found a wiki that somewhat explained it, but when I tried it I lost all my capture devices, and therefore, any recordings and line-ups associated with it!!

Just create an additional capture source, and set the device number to #2. Its pretty simple.

No big deal, the recordings are still there, and I have my video folder pointed to the same folder as my recordings, so I can still watch them.

??? Thats only required when you're try to add support for a new card that GB-PVR doesnt know anything about.

In your case you should have touched the file. You just needed to create an additional capture source and set the device number to #2.

OK, have tried this a half dozen times - add second capture source, set as Capture device #2, successfully download program guide for both tuners, but if I record one channel and try to change to another one, it says no tuners available - what am I doing wrong?????

Can you do two recordings at the same time?

No, as soon as I try to select the 2nd show from the guide I get the error about no tuners available, do I want to switch to the current recording.

This makes me think you've got the EPG set incorrectly. If you email your database to me at support@devnz.com, I'll take a look.

Speaking of databases, when I convert to MySQL is when I lose all my capture devices! Also, is there an easy way to see if I'm using Access or MySQL? I think I converted to MySQL, but I'm not sure.
