what is the name of the GBPVR database file for SQLite?

A while back, I ran the "change database" utility to migrate my GBPVR setup from Access to SQLite. I know I did this because I still have the log file from the conversion.

Where is the SQLite version of the database stored? I tried opening the gbpvr.mdb file with SQLite, but it tells me it isn't an SQLite file. I was able to open that file with Access, however.

The SQLite database is called gbpvr.db3.
