I attempted to record a show this morning at 10am for 1 hour. Unfortunately I can't set per minute increments for recording so I attempted to set padding values to make sure I recorded all of my show. The recording time was from 10 to 11 and I have a pre-show and post-show padding of 2 minutes each so my file should be 64 minutes in length. It is 59:57 in length. Gbpvr started recording about 2 seconds before the show started and ended up cutting off an unknown number of seconds at the end. Why didn't the padding work???? GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log shows the following which proves, to me at least, that padding isn't active:
10:00:02.109 VERBOSE ConexantRecorder::StartRecording() done
11:00:00.031 VERBOSE ConexantRecorder::StopRecording()
11:00:00.203 VERBOSE ConexantRecorder:one()
Is there something else I need to set to get padding to work or am I just not understanding what it's supposed to do? If I'm misunderstanding then I have to ask if there is a way to get down to the minute increments on show schedules so I can manually add my own padding like I'd do with my old ATI software.
By the way, my computer's time is the same as my digital cable receiver so I know that the software should have been able to start and stop recording at the correct times.
