An MPEG editor that will take comskip cut files?

Hey all,
I wanna find an easier way to cut out the commercials permanently from the files themselves. Is there a video editor out there that will take a list of cut points (like the kind generated by comskip) and use them to automatically cut out the commercials and produce a new file?

I think comskip has options for application like VideoRedo or Womble. I have not looked at the newer versions so I'm not sure. I use Cuttermaran and manually remove the commercials - doesn't take long and produces good results,
