I was just about to return my mediamvp becuase the out of the box software would not run properly for me. It would constantly be "locating server", never to be found. I said to myself at this point, why not try GB-PVR? I uninstalled the stock software and installed it. Incredible. So easy, intuitive and user friendly. LOVE the PVR functions (that the stock software lacked) and the general reliablity of the software. Quality of recordings is very good. I always read forums, but never join when I am trying new software. This is the first piece of software that I actually felt like I needed to join the forum and say how cool I think the software is and just say THANKS!!!

Hi, and welcome! There are lots of knowledgeable people here (I'm not one of them) so don't be afraid to ask if you have any questions - the fun will start when you add plugins and skins, then the satisfaction really takes off...
