Anyone using Total Media 5's uMCEPlayer5.exe with a Hauppauge remote cotnrol?

I can;t figure out what changes to make to the irremote.ini file in order to get all the buttons working. The main ones that don't work for me are the volume up/down.

Anyone got an irremote.ini section ready made?

Thanks for the link, helped me find the keyboard commands required. Just having problems with Hauppauge sending them.

I've added these sections to irremote.ini but they don't work. Any suggestions?

Yes, I've added a "ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre for Windows Media Center=" entry in the applications list.

Guessing wildly ...

The application name in the remote ini is the name of the window that the app runs in. Is the Total media thing a Media Centre plugin that runs in a media centre window? Guessing wildly ends ...

I did wonder that. But the irremote.ini change I made seems to have some effect: Volume Up on the remote used to cause a bookmark to be created (the message "a bookmark was added" was shown), but now nothing happens.

As a point of interest, the volume buttons on my old Cyberlink r/c work ok.

The Applications tab in Task Manager appears to use the window "title" in its Task column.

I am having the same issue with the volume up/down buttons. They work individually for media center and total media theater, but when using the plugin inside media center I have no volume control. Did you make any progress on this issue?
