I set up gbpvr on my 3GHz system, and it runs fine. I then set it up on my wife's 1.8GHz system as client... but when I go to play a recording (I see all the recordings made from the 3GHz system) GBPVR seems to lock up.

I set the config on it to Client under 'Capture Source', and set the server and Database share to point to my 3GHz. Recording share and TV Buffer share are greyed out. Anything else I'm missing?

EDIT: I noticed this in the log file:

Upgrade the client and server to the new v0.99.5. Its much better and more stable than the client support in the v0.98 release.

Ok... 99.5 on both systems. Here are the logs from the client and a screen shot of what comes up when I try a recorded show.

You've entered your machine name as "\\ghz". It should be "ghz".

Hmmm... now the screen just locks... here's the latest logs. Could it be ports not opened on the router?

PS, thanks for your time and help.

Are both the client and server running v0.99.5? You can mix versions of client and server. If so, zip and attach the logs from the server also and I'll take a look.

Both Server and Client are running 99.5.

I realized, that the file I was trying on the Client, didn't work on the server either. (The time moved, but there was no audio or video.) I tried the client again with a file that worked on the server, but it still hangs.

Here's the latest client logs. I'll post the server logs momentarily.

Okay, here are the logs from the server, and a screenshot from config.
