Some issues...

[NLS]

OK I have some issues that I'd like to note if somebody can help.

- Is there any way to kill the program without forcing CTRL-F4? (which is what I use as I call each module directly from Meedio) Like a direct exit (without going back to main menu).

- I use VMR9 (since overlay doesn't have transparencies) and sometimes I get "shuttering" in fast moving frames (feet of people walking etc.) which is sometimes fixed if I switch channels. What is this?

- Is there any info on the new strings that can be translated?

- I cannot use FM radio module. Is there any info I should provide for someone to help?

- The program many times drops it's log files ON MY DESKTOP (! and if I open the program folder it's also full of log files (it doesn't append them - it just adds MORE log files!!!... why? What can I do about this?

- Of course the HUGE DELAY (as posted in my other post) is the biggest issue.

- Girder
- Hauppauge PVR350
- ATI Radeon 9700Pro
- Latest or almost latest Hauppauge drivers (up to a few weeks ago)
- Latest or almost latest ATI drivers (again looked 2-3 weeks ago)

This happens when you start the program from the desktop. Could that be the case for you?

no I just have shortcuts there...

also I think it happens too, when I call the program from within Meedio (although I am not sure) - but in Meedio I have defined the correct working directory (when I call GBPVR as external program)...

No, I dont keep a list (too much hassle).

Did you install the require lame encoder filter from: http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/directsho..._dshow.zip

It creates the log files in the current directory, which is usually the GB-PVR directory. If you're starting GB-PVR from meedio, it may not be setting the working directory.

for the translation list... how do you expect translations without a list?

I just registered the ax...

Now I get no error... but I also get NO sound! (with correct frequencies)

You can look on the screen and create your own list.

It doesnt continously add more files. Its keeps the last three log files only.

well in my case it doesn't... the log files get more (maybe it cannot append for somereason and opens a new one)

anyway... just mention it, don't expect anything

how many log files do you have, what sub meant by the last three actually adds up to around 10+ files at anyone time, gbpvr log, native log , recording service log etc,
