You dont need to rescan. Just try watching a channel.

We have a WINNNNNEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRR.. Playback is little jerky but it can be fixed. no biggy i guess.

This pretty much comes down to combination of decoders and video renderer. It usually easiest to get good HDTV results with the Overlay video renderer, but play around and I'm sure you'll find a good combination.

No worries. Glad you got it working.

The problems we had came down to a minor difference in the way AC3 sound is used on your satellite system vs the other DVB systems I'd come across, but it didnt take us long to get past that.

With the new patch file i started seeing this jerky playback. I used the older file and it works fine. Not sure what changed. Anyways thanks for the tremondous effort and the turnaround time. Cheers.

There was only a one line change in that file, and I cant really see it causing that, but zip and attach a new c:\psi.log and I'll take a look.

it worked for bev which is exactly similar to dish.
