Starting with IR remote

Hi again,
I would like to start GBPVR with the Hauppauge350 remote.
What command line should I add to irini (and where exactly..)


I found the thread about the new remote and edited irini so the remote works...
I have the new 45 button remote.

I have the 45 button remote also. I set it up to use the GO button to start GBPVR. Here is how I did it:

I rem out the go= line in the [Default] section of the ini and added this line:

GO={run(C:\progra~1\devnz\gbpvr\gbpvr.exe)}

I also rem out the grnpower= in the [GB-PVR] section and added this:

GRNPOWER={alt}{f4}

This allows me to turn it off with the power button.

I am not at home right now to check, but I think a ; is used to disable(REM) a line of code in the irremote.ini.

REM is term used by programers, it stands for remark.

Placing a ; infront of a line in the ini causes the line to not be used.

So a REMd out line would look like this:

;GRNPOWER={alt}{f4}
