Remote help !!

I have my tv now working great. but I need help, Its a pinnacle dual pro pci card. the remote plugs in to a phono like socket. Has anyone any idea how i can get the remote working with GB PVR i have tried grider and HIP and cant seem to get it to work for the love of god please help

take a look at this thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=13458 it's about pinnacle pctv 200e (usb device), but i guess the same should work for your card, if you also got the pinnacle media center software
