I previously had GBPVR installed and installed CoreAVC and could watch these files. My HD crashed and I recently reinstalled 99.5 and CoreAVC and those files will not play video. I can play them from that machine in WMPlayer and it shows it is using the CoreAVC decoder, but can't get it to work in GBPVR.

Any Ideas!

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the gbpvr.exe-native.log file.

Yeah I saw that when I first looked at it. I get sound but no video and the CoreAVC Codec works well in WMPlayer. I am stumped. I may try out DScaler5 and see how that goes. I have been trying to limit the different decoders I install to keep it as clean as possible.

I dont have the CoreAVC decoder installed, but H264 files seem play fine for me with my Cyberlink H264 decoder.

I figured out that my aspect settings was set to auto. If I change it to Leterbox or fill it works.

Are you running the current v0.99.5 release? Earlier releases had this problem with 'auto' on the Overlay renderer, but it should be fine in the current release.

If you're running the current release, then you should remember installing/upgrading GB-PVR in the last 10 days or so, which was when it was released.

You can check the version number on the front page of the config app.
