Upgraded and got the same/similar problem. ITV1 2 and 3 c4 and film 4 missing EPG data (basically everything off mux 2, except E4 - note that an earlier post had E4, but not C4). I'd have to disagree with the now and next explanation because my patched 98.13 had full epg data for all these channels before the upgrade (i.e 5 minutes ago).
Also this would suggest that 99.5 has deleted the previous epg data (i.e. grabbed by 98.13) in the database file for these channels, even though an EPG update hasn't happened (unless of course it does this as part of the upgrade procedure).
edit. Ive recorded channel 4 transmission stream using the 'TS mux' option in config thought this may be of use to you (the transmission stream option still gives me 0kb files). I'll PM you a link....
