98.13 and MCE remote

I set up a client next to my TV and watch my TV with this box now and when I moved my MCE remote to the new box for some reason the skip buttons do not work. I uninstalled the remote and still the skip buttons will not work I can see the LED light on the receiver working. As far as I can tell everything else works and I even tried changing the time for the skip but that did not do anything. I it is not really a big deal but it is handy to skip over comercials when I can do a minute at a time.

I found the problem Sub posted a fix for the skip buttons in for the latest release, it is called GBPVR skip.exe and it fixes it. I happened to look through my download folder and spotted the file and now everything works.

If you version number says v0.98.13b in the config app, then you dont need this patch. Its found here: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...ostcount=4

that's odd. I do have version 0.98.13b, but the two described buttons do not work on my mce remote. If i replace the gbpvr executable by the one in the link, the problem is still there. Any idea what I could be doing wrong ?

It'll be some other problem then.

Play a file, wait 10 seconds then press skip forward, wait another 10 seconds, then press skip backwards, then zip and attach the log and I'll take a look.

which log exactly you want me to send ?

gbpvr.exe.log and gbpvr.exe-native.log would probably be the most useful.
