Corrupt Audio in LiveTV (WinTV-PVR-USB2)

I have the Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-USB2 tuner.

My problem is in LiveTV the audio is very choppy and also out of pitch. Recordings work perfectly and the same goes for timeshifted tv.
I have tried every combination of audio renderer and decoder available to me all with no luck. Everything also works fine when I use the WinTV2000 and WinTV32 apps provided by hauppauge. Any help you can offer with this would be great. I have attached all the log files I have in one Zip.

oh well thanks for taking a look at the Logs for me Sub and thanks for making GBPVR.

I'll keep messing with it to see if I can fix it if I do I'll post back.

Figured it out the bitrate settings for LiveTV were different then the settings in the WinTV apps so I adjusted it to match and now everything works perfectly.
