Registering Avivo codecs

I just installed the Avivo codecs to go along with my X1300 video card, but neither Windows (using deccode) or GBPVR has the Avivo codecs listed.
How do I get them listed? Thanks!

You can add any decoders to <SupportedDecoders> tag in config.xml. What are the names of these decoders?
The decoder I have is called "ATI MPEG Video Decoder". I think I am confused on the whole Avivo thing.
Seems to be working when viewing TV. Which log do I look at to see what decoder GBPVR is using?
