Object Instance Error when Recording

Ok, i started using v0.99.5 and i have this issue with livetv recording until i exit too.
I made some tests following blizard insight, and this error will only happen to me if there is a recording scheduled in the next 6 hours. So if the next schedule is in 6 hours and 10 minutes theres no error at all.

I've just been looking at this over the last hour or so, and have fixed the problem for the next release.
