Im running WinXP SP2, and trying to finally get my Hauppauge PVR 150MCE on serious work, here in Argentina.

The problem i'm having is that, when i open gbpvr for the first time to watch live tv, everything works great. But after i exit LiveTV, whenever i try to get back, i just get a black screen.
But it doesn't end there. If i play some radio station for just one second, i can start all the process again. I mean, if i go back to LiveTV i get image ok, but just for that time.

I've tryed updating to latest drivers of my PVR card, my Video card, sound card, Win updates, etc. Also i had been playing with VMRs & Video Decoders options. Nothing changed.

In graphedit, i can see that PIN 656 from Hauppauge Capture is not conected to 656 of Hauppauge Encoder, but it doesn't let me connect them. And when i see 656 Capture properties, everything is blank (and cannot set it). When everything is working, this pins are connected.

I attach the lastgraph image.
Hope i made myself clear.
Thanks in advance.

I would try some other combinations of audio decoder/video decoder/ video renderer. See if that helps.
AMD Athlon 64 3000, HDD: 80, 120, 200 GB, Hauppauge 350 + 150, MVP, Asus 6000L Laptop client, Asus X50sl client,
Fritz!box 7140 modem/router, GBPVR 1.3.7.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

I had benn playing with diferent audio & video decoders, but nothing has changed.
Here i attach my logs:
The first time i enter LiveTV, i dont have image nor sound. Then i go to Radio FM and play one station, and go back to LiveTV (now have image & sound). Then i exit LiveTV & when i get back i just have the black screen again.

Thanks in advance!

Quote:14:31:26.453 VERBOSE Graph contains the following filters:
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Default DirectSound Device
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - MatrixMixer
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Ligos MPEG Audio Decoder

14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Video Renderer
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Capture
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Morgan Stream Switcher
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Nero Video Decoder

14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Crossbar
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - MPEG-2 Demultiplexer
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - TV Audio
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - Encoder
14:31:26.453 VERBOSE - TV Tuner
Above is the directshow filters being used when you tried to initially view live tv on your machine. I've highlighted four filters that are potential problems, and not normally present when other users do the same activity. The Ligos decoders and Morgan Stream Switcher have been known to cause problems for other users in the past. The nero decoder filters have also caused problems for some, but to a lesser degree. I dont know what the 'MatrixMixer' filter is, but thought I should mention it as non-standard.

It'll be best to try to remove these problem filters from your machine, then try again..

Ok, i'll remove those filters and try again.
I'll tell you later how it goes.

Thanks a lot!
