Weather plugin: Error message when selected

Ok, I know what the problem is. Some times visibility and UV index dont return values on from the msnbc website. CodeMonkey, any chance you could make a small change to check these values arnt == "" before parsing? Just show these values as 'unknown' if they're not returned.

I will as soon as I have a development machine to do it on. Mine died and I don't have one I can run VS.NET on right now.
