Channel change at start of recorded progs

I'm using gbpvr with a Sky box in the UK, and the Dusky Control channel changer (from here http://www.dusky-control.com/) which works great, but the recorded programs all start with a second or so of the previous channel, then I see the numbers come up on screen and the box changing channel onto the right one.

Is there any way to make the channel change happen just before the recording starts?

that few seconds of the previous channel are because of the delay in the channel changer in the STB. the channel is actually changed right as the recording starts, but it takes a few seconds for the STB to receive the signal and change the channel on its tuner.

Right, so what I need is some way to delay the start of the recording until a couple of seconds after the channel change...

Sorry, there is no setting you can tweak to change this.

I have to say I prefer it that way!. This may be because of the problems I had in the early days of problems controlling the Sky box - I like that second of seeing the channel change. I almost requested at one point that the recoding start a little earlier to see them better.
