TV Guide goes blank

I guess the title says it all. It has happened before but this time I grabbed a screenie this morning of the outtage that occured las night. It has come back in the past, but takes a few days. Any ideas? I could not locate anything on these boards afer a quick 'TV Guide' search.

what is your EPG source - DVB perhaps?

if your source is zap2it has your labs account expired (just log in and renew it)

I am using zap2it, but my account expires at the end of next month.

btw, Live TV works A-OK.

Click the 'update epg' button in the config app. If it doesnt pull in your listings, zip and attach the logs an I'll take a look.

Many thanks for your assistance. 'update epg' generated the attached error. :confused: I obviously have something mis-configured.

I've only ever seen an 'unauthorized (401)' error returned when the zap2it username and password is entered incorrectly.

Thanks sub, for whatever reason my user name and password were empty in the zap2it configuration window. Wierd.
