What channels are missing exactly?

In the UK there are some channels that only transmit part time. GB-PVR only identifies channels that are transmitting at the time. If this is your problem, it just means you'll need to map the remaining channels some time when they're transmitting. Are these channels you're missing likely to be in this lot?

Yeah, these are secondary audio channels. From memory the visually impaired audio or something similiar.

yes your probably right, its channels like Five Life and such that dont show up at the moment..

I have got to thank you good sir for helping me through this, and i hope someone else will find this very helpful...i have one last question, seems a little of a waste to make a new thread considering its to do with the tuner and the program..
Is there anyway to get the remote to work?

Sorry, I dont know anything about the remote that comes with that device.

If its like a lot of other remotes, there might be some config file somewhere where you can configure the keys sent to the current application, which you can configure for GB-PVR's keys.

Anyway, good to hear you got it working.

Ok that's cool, you have done a superb job, by far the most helpful and quick mod i have had the pleasure of dealing with...keep it up Smile

EDIT//quick question while im here, the scan picks up more channels that are on the digital channel mapping.....what do i need to do to get the channels in there, to show up on the list in the recording source channels tab
