MPV Servers not starting under Vista

I have installed Vista Ultimate & GBPVR. For some reason, the MPV servers will not start automatically. I can however run them from the GBPVR programs folder just fine. It does not matter weather I select 1 or 4 servers to start in he CONFIG utility, none ever start up automatically.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

There is already several on-going threads discussing this. Its Hauppauge bug.

I think one of the threads linked to an updated Hauppauge dongle to resolve the issue. I havnt been using vista myself, so cant tell you any more about it though, and cant confirm if that dongle fixes it or not.

I believe this is a different issue. The actual MPV server process (that resides on the PC) will not auto start. If I manually start it, all is fine. I just don't like having 2 extras items on my task bar.
