Can't get to work....

I am totally new to this and I can't seem to get it to work. I setup my Ati theatre 550 pro with remote ok and signed up for zap2it service but all my channels are fuzzy. Just static. Updated the erg and can see whats on the channel just no picture all fuzz. Help please!!!!!

When you run the tuning assistant, do you see your channels?

no, they are all fuzzy also.

If it doesnt work with the software that came with it, then its probably not going to work with GB-PVR. Broken card, or bad drivers would be likely causes.

If you antenna isnt plugged in, then plug it in.

What do you have connected to the tuner card's inputs? S-video, composite video, cable coax, antenna coax?

You'd best get it working with the provided software before ripping into GB-PVR. Trust me, your life will be much easier when you minimize the potential configuration hassles. Once it's working with that, setting up GB-PVR will be much simpler.
