Yes, do that. You also have the possibility of going down the freeview route with dvb-t. As I understand it, you guys get quite a few freeview channels (I'm assuming you are in UK).

I am in the UK at the moment, but am moving to Spain in the next couple of months. All the HTPC, GB-PVR, Homeseer, etc. stuff is for my new house in Spain. At the moment I can install anything I want as far as wiring goes, as my house is not finished yet. This is why I'm trying to plan what I want (and can do) so I don't get it wrong, and waste time & money in the process!
