Ever since Daylight Savings Time went into effect last weekend, my TV Guide listings are all off by 1 hour. The system time on XP is correct (I had to manually change that) and GBPVR shows the correct time as well. All shows in the TV Guide, however, are a hour earlier than they should be. How do I fix this? Thanks.

There is a fix on the MS site for the new daylight savings time dates. You need to install that, then empty all of your epg sources (in config) and reload your epg. You can't manually change the time to make it work, you have to have the correct offset from UTC.

Yep - what he said. You need to apply this fix rather than just changing the time, otherwise windows is not able to convert zap2it's UTC times to your local timezone.

Hi Guys,

I applied the patch, but my time didn't auto change. Obviously this problem is with the windows patch and not GB-PVR, but has anyone heard of a fix for the fix?? I tried uninstalling twice, reinstalling the patch myself once and letting auto updates install it once. Not sure what else I can try other than waiting for the "real" dst change a couple weeks from now. I googled this and visited MS support, but found nothing. If you have any info or ideas, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There were a couple of other threads recently were other US users gave more details about the exact steps they need to do to fix it up. Probably worth having a look for that thread.

I had this problem. There's another thread on this. It's probably because you applied the DST patch AFTER the DST had already switched.

This is what worked for me: I moved the time zone forward by 1 hour in the Windows settings, and then I moved it back to my time zone. All the times were correct.

and remember to do an empty epg followed by an update epg to correct those show listings already imported with incorrect times.

Moving ahead a time zone and coming back, then empty/update epg worked like a charm! Thanks for the assistance.
