the problem with amazon.com is they only have things that are available on dvd/vhs etc. imdb.com has a greater range of shows/movies, all though their posters arent as high quality, and they also have better information.

ive fixed a few bugs (mostly with changing to parent using back/escape button, and saving directory view (caused by core upgrade )), ive also made it so preview loops now, and also that it first tries to find the poster (just the poster) from amazon.com, if none is found it will use the one from imdb.com, ive tested this and so far they have matched up (ie same movie), but if this isnt so let me know, and tell me if you want this changed, or an option in the config to choose which grabber you want, or two different buttons for different info (amazon.com has everything im using now, just not every ive added to the xml file, actors etc). when i say differnt buttons i mean on the remote (of course ive think ive run out however ).

the bugs fixed here will still be present in "my music" until i do another build.

ive added a "video menu" to my videos and fixed a few bugs, to access the "video menu" use the "no name button" or {ctrl}o on any video/iso file. this menu will activate the "theatre mode" (not yet supported, just couldnt be bothered changing it later) also "add to playlist" (not yet supported), also has "play', imdb lookup, amazon lookup (amazon doesnt include genres however), and "delete file" which also deletes the .jpg file and .details file (only exact file name .jpg/.details are delete not a general one, like enterprise.jpg for enterprise - 1x01 - pilot.avi). there was a big bug with playing/copying dvds which has been fixed.

What do I need to configure in order to make "My Videos" play ripped DVDs like the "Video Library" does?

nevermind, if I rip the DVDs in .iso mode instead of file mode it will play. How much more CPU process does it take to play it when it is compressed as one file like that?

Seems reven i can not build video plugin, so i guess i will rely on your which is the best. although i would love to learn..
