hi all, (first post on the forums)

I've got a problem watching Timeshifted TV, or LiveTV that's being recorded. I get no video and no audio either, It should be noted that i am running 4 monitors, primary and seconday on two X1650XT's, Ultramon(doubt that matters but might), other things that might matter:
Hardware decoder is set to none
video and audio decoder/renderer is set to system default
video decoder is VMR9
LiveTV pre-play delay 0ms

my tuner is a ATI tv wonder elite (i had timeshifted tv working with it before on another machine on primary monitor before), on that same previous machine when working if i switched to a secondary display i would lose video but the audio remained. which is weird, because on this machine i get no audio, and no video even on the primary display.

if anyone needs any other information, about my machine just ask.. if i can get this woring i'll be happy to oblige...

thanx guys, PHIL.

by logs, i assume you're refering to the contents of 1 or more files in C:\Program Files (x86)\devnz\gbpvr\logs ... the question is, what one(s)? and which? , each file has an original, 1,2,3 of version themsleves.

nevermind, i think i just found a bug in the software...

.. if i click the screen where the, pause/play, forward, backward buttons are suppose to be, the video and sound suddenly appears, then all i have to do is push play which always shows up as pause.. so im actually pushing pause Tongue

.. and if i push pause, play, forward and back on the remote nothing happens until i click where the menu is supposed to be located.

This can sometimes happen with the 'VMR9' or 'VMR7' renderer, due to the limitation of not being able to update the screen in any way unless video is playing (so no way to show OSD or buttons etc). The same thing doesnt happen with Overlay or VMR9 Custom or VMR9 FSE.
