Sub,
I'll disable the Weather and Cinema to see what happens..

pastro
It's weird I test/run Intrepid ES 16:9 on that 1440x900 widescreen laptop it does get channel listings and I don't use a tuner on it. What I did to get that was to trick it into thinking had a PVR-USB2 and setup Zap2it. I wanted to test out the TV Guide and now I can. Also found Recordings can See GBPVR Server.

I've disabled:

Weather
Cinema
Video Archive (but kept the Video Panel)

I did try running the Perfmon it won't start, I am defragging the pagefile.sys Also put the system in best performance mode. I'll even give up the background for black color will reduce RAM. Let me test and see what type of results I get now with free RAM and GBPVR?

Okay found it...

If I turn off autostart for 3 MVPs out of 4 MVP. I am only running 3 right now. But again if I disable the 3 the memory goes back up:

GBPVR running with theme without 3 MVP: 560MB
GBPVR running with no theme without 3 MVP: 743MB
GBPVR running with 3 MVPs with no theme: 218MB
GBPVR running with 3 MVPs with theme: 62KB - 128MB

As you can see it's GBPVR.exe (MVP1), GBPVR.exe (MVP2), GBPVR.exe (MVP3) when they run the system is sluggish and memory goes down. I've make MCE look like W2K and it still does it..

This tells me absolutely nothing.

As I said in my two previous post, supply a graph showing a days worth of 'private bytes' useage for whatever process you're interested in monitoring and we'll no if there is any memory leakage. Otherwise, I just have to assume your memory usage is normal. ie, post a graph that shows the memory usage of these processes over the course of day.

Yeah, that sort of thing, but you want to monitor the 'private bytes' of the GB-PVR processes, and set the sample frequency so that you'd see a whole day, and set the scale appropriately so that you'd be able to see the usage clearly.

This way right?

Set Process for: GBPVR Processes

GBPVR
GBPVR #1
GBPVR #2
GBPVR #3
GBPVR Recording Service
GBPVR System Tray

Wait and see what happens?

Yeah, though you've set the maximum scale to high - you'll probably fine it only graphs a thin line at the bottom of the graph. You'll need play around with it to get an appropraite scale, but its probably something like "3000" (300MB). Its all changed on Vista, so I cant easily check myself.

You'll also need to set the sample frequency (general tab I think), otherwise the graph will wrap around every couple of minutes.
