New install, video doesn't seem to work!

Hi guys! I have been looking for a Windows Based PVR solution for a long time! GBPVR seems to be great but Im having a little problem.

I installed GBPVR last night and tried to get it working with an OLD Pinnacle Systems card and after some tinkering gave up! I broke down and bought the PVR 150 MCE kit and with great anticipation installed it. GBPVR's set up saw it right away and I thought I was off to the races. However when I click into GBPVR and click on Live TV it seems to work right away as I get audio, however it just seems to sit on the main menu screen. I tried looking at some video on u-tube and I get the same results. I tried playing around with it in settings changing the video to overlay, but I just get black screen. I thought it might have something to do with trying to use it on a span… so I went to just one monitor, but that didn’t fix it either!

Any thoughts as to what it could be, or more importantly how to fix it?
Im using the most recent version of GBPVR!

I'm guessing you dont have an MPEG2 decoder installed. You can get one from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPV_Decoder.htm

WOW... thank so much... and here I was thinking I was going to have to shell out some cash for a off the shelf PVR product! Thanks so much!
