Two nova-t's in the same system

I've just added a 2nd nova-t to the my HTPC (sig below) and having nothing but problems. Messages saying GBPVR/config.exe cannot start and a 16-bit subsystem related error on startup.

Can provide more info and logs but want to see if anyone has tried this before?
Is it a GB-PVR problem or a Hauppauge driver problem?

I have 4x Nova-t in one machine. As long as you have fairly recent drivers (later than v1.4) it shouldn't be a problem.

Ive had three Nova-t's in mine for a while and not seen any problems, ive heard a few others have more than one also.

Im guessing thats not what you wanted to hear though...

Currently installing the drivers found under WinTV Nova-T PCI here according to these instructions.

OK installed the latest Hauppage drivers - all seems to load ok.

BUT, still get the 16bit MS-DOS error which I don't know what it means / where it is from.
AND GB-PVR loads ok but the config app just displays a "failed to initialise error"

Any thoughts?

Googling for dl.exe shows there is a virus of that name although there could easily be a legitimate dl.exe. I don't like the fact that the message is for the 16-bit DOS susbsystem - there isn't anything I know of in GB-PVR which is 16-bit and the Nova-t drives won't be either.

EDIT: I just searched all of my HDDs and I don't have a file called dl.exe so it doesn't seem to be a native XP thing. Find it and check the properties on it to see if it has any embedded Manufaturer's info. It could be legit but it sounds suspicious to me.

Yeah, there is nothing 16bit.

I'm not sure where that comes from, and dont remember seeing reports of it in the past.

Hmm, google points to it being a damn virus although ClamWin says its clean. Downloading avg free now...
