No not the card, if you test it with WinTV2000 and stick it into another PC if you have one you'll notice that 2 comes in clear..

I've switch to mainconcept decoders for mpeg2 a/v, everything should be good, I am also trying to find out why gbpvr would clip a/v on my digital box, anybody has the answer to that puzzle let me know A-SAP..

Sub what's about this FF-mpeg used for Live TV I was able to stablize my clipping with it then it started up again?

You've had a case where a card worked in one computer but not another ? That would be strange

I can understand the idea of seeing if the card works in another computer but since I do not have a use for the card in another computer and it's new enough I can rma it that makes the most sense for me.
