0kb files in /gbpvr with program names?

I'm just full of questions this morning, sorry.

I've been wondering about this one for a long time now but they don't seem to bother anything so it's a curiosity thing. Although maybe they're a sign of some other problem.

These 0kb files have recorded show names and no extention. They are all in the devnz/gbpvr directory.

Normal?

I hadnt seen any reports of these for a very long time so I thought this problem was long since solved. Its some how related to the hidden metadata that is written as an 'alternate data stream' on the video file. Other than these files appearing, it doesnt cause any problems.

I've never been able to reproduce it myself, but had reports of it off and on since early 2005.

FWIW I used to get some of these occasionally (several days between each).

However, none since my latest reconfig adding a new DVB-T card replacing my second PVR 350. (one month and counting ...)

I used to get quite a few of them, but not recently. I'd assumed that sub had tweaked something to magic them away.

Me too, I haven't seen these since before the switch to MySQL.
