Was it south park you tried to create the new recording for? If so, it all looks good. It found several potential matches, but none of them where scheduled because all of them had episode IDs you already have recorded, or were not in the timeslot specified:

If it wasnt south park, which recording did you mean? This'll help me find what to look at in the logs.

So far I havnt seen anything that looks like an error. Was there a specific South Park episode you think it should be recording, but it wasnt? If so, when does the episode air?

The latest one i tried was "start trek: the next generation" I just picked something that i knew i had no recordings of. As far as the south park, the next one should be tomorrow 4/25 at 9:00 U.S. central time. I know i don't have that one recorded. I have guide data for 13 days, so it should pick up the next south park for next wednesday also, but that one wasn't scheduled either. I can zip my database down to about 3.5 megs, would a copy of that help you? I have watched all the south park episodes i have recorded...so I'm gonna delete them all out of gbpvr and then try and schedule the season record again and see what happens. If it fails, I'll zip the logs right up and post them.

I'm sure when you say its locked up, it is actually doing something that will eventually complete. Killing it half way through is a good way to be sure it wont schedule all the recordings.

well, that may be true....i've never had it sit there for 2-3 minutes after i hit okay and still not respond. Either way, the previous times i tried to schedule this, it didn't lock up but the outcome has been the same. When i tried the season record for "star trek" it acted like it did everything fine, but still won't schedule anything.

I checked the TV Guide for a couple of shows (Charade and The Tyra Banks Show), using the 'find more' to identify in advance what shows should be scheduled, then went ahead and created season recordings for both, then checked the 'pending' recordings - it correctly scheduled and listed all the episodes I was expecting.

I'm happy to take another look at a set of logs if you produce a new set. Do it on the PC, rather than the MVP, so I know what log to look in, and also post the name of the show. If you found it didnt schedule some episodes, let know which ones (when they were supposed to air).

here's the latest set. I have a season recording set up for "south park" at wednesdays at 9:00 PM. This means it should have a recording set for tonight, actual in like an hour and a half...yet there is none, or for next week either. The box is open for you to remote in still for the next couple hours if you need to.
