Converting Avi To MPEG for use in GBPVR w/PVR350

HI All,

I have some AVIs I want to convert using TMPGENC but I am unsure what settings to use that will work for output through GBPVR using my PVR350

thank you. Will give it a try. How about WMV files can you recommend something that does those? and while we are at it we should make a list, what other movie files are there...asf, mov, ogm? If anyone has easy (preferably free) solution for converting these lets make a list.
